A key strength of our organisation is our dedicated team of six coaches, who work closely with the learners. They combine professional expertise with empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children grow. Our coaches not only teach technical skills but also serve as mentors, encouraging self-confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership.

Founded by Norbert Klevenz
Former school principal in Germany and at German international schools in Kyiv, Bucharest, and Pretoria. Founded in 2025, SFL works in close partnership with the University of Pretoria to provide young learners with access to modern technology, innovative learning opportunities, and personal development.
